*Terms & Conditions - a non refundable deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment is needed a week prior to the event. Please note - due to the seasonality of the availability of some flowers we reserve the right to exchange blooms when necessary.*
Uniquely Yours - Flowers & More hold no responsibility after the delivery has been made. Flowers for Funerals / Weddings / Arrangements are hand delivered. The customer must be in for the delivery of said items. After the courier has left the premises after the flowers are delivered too, Uniquely Yours - Flowers & More hold no responsibility of said items. No refund for said items after the customer has checked that flowers (real or artificial) are in good order.
Wedding & Funeral flowers -
A non refundable deposit is required to secure your order via our Contact Us page. Full payment is needed a week prior to the event. Please note - due to the seasonality of the availability of some flowers we reserve the right to exchange blooms when necessary.
If a customer is using the funeral flowers service and is using the loved ones garden or allotment to get the flowers, a customer must be on time to let a member of Uniquely Yours - Flowers & More in to the garden or allotment at a given time. Said time should be agreed at least 24 hours before.
Floral arrangements / wedding flowers / funeral flowers -
all items listed above are subject to change. Pictures on the website / social media are protected by copyright. Items pictured are only a template of what arrangement you will receive. Uniquely Yours - Flowers & More is solely focused on being a personalised unique service.
By placing an order with Uniquely Yours - Flowers & More, you warrant that you have all necessary permission, right and authority to place the order and you authorise Uniquely Yours - Flowers & More to produce the products on your behalf
You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account on Uniquely Yours - Flowers & More. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account.
All items are not to be eaten, unless stated.
All credit/debit card payments are subject to automated validation checks by Stripe 'About Stripe' and authorisation by the card issuer with information collected via the respective secure online payment systems. If the issuer of your credit/debit card does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
